Does this work with HubSpot Free?

Yes, but with limitations. Free HubSpot has API restrictions that limit how many contacts/deals we can sync daily. For high-volume campaigns (1,000+ emails/month), you'll want HubSpot Starter or higher.

Can you sync to existing contacts?

Yes. If a prospect already exists in HubSpot, we update their record rather than creating a duplicate. We match on email address.

What about GDPR?

We only sync prospects who have engaged (replied). Cold outreach contacts aren't pushed to HubSpot until there's a response. This keeps your CRM clean and compliant.

Can I customize which data syncs?

Absolutely. Some clients only want positive replies synced. Others want everything. Some want deals auto-created; others prefer manual deal creation after sync. We configure to match your workflow.

What if my AE uses a different CRM?

We also integrate with Salesforce, Close, and Pipedrive. If your tech stack is split, we can route data to the appropriate system based on territory or campaign.
